If you are a SystmOnline User then
Welcome to the Kirkbymoorside Surgery website. In addition to everything you need to know about the Surgery you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side of this page. We hope that you find it interesting and useful. It is a new venture for us and we recognise that we might not get it quite right from the start so we are genuinely keen to hear from our patients. Thank you to everyone who has already taken time to give us feedback on our website. As a result of this we have changed the layout so that the icons appear at the top of the page and you can find them more easily, and we have also added a page on what to do in an emergency at the suggestion of another patient. Please do let us have your suggestions about how we can improve this website because we will listen and we will make changes where we can.
PATIENT MATTERS
putting patients first
NEXT MEETING: 1pm, Friday 18th May 2012 at the Surgery
Are you interested in what happens at the Surgery? Do you want a chance to work with us and other patients (and their carers) to make sure that we continue to provide a high calibre service to our local community? If yes, then why not join Patient Matters? This group will help keep the Surgery in touch with what its patients have to say about everything that matters in the Surgery. To find out more then simply click on the Patient Group link on the right hand side of this screen . You can also visit the Kirkbymoorside Town Blog at www.kirkbymoorside.info to see a short video clip of Dr Hughes talking about why Patient Matters is so very important to the development of the Surgery.

Voluntary Sector Groups working in our Area
We recognise how important voluntary, community and charitable organisations can be to our patients and their carers too. That's why we have a designated Voluntary Sector Liaison Team within the surgery dedicated to promoting the work that these groups do. To find out more about the support that this team can offer, please click on the link on the right hand side of this page. We have also created a page on this website to promote the work of our third sector colleagues too so if you work for a voluntary, community or charitable organisation and would like us to include you on this page (together with a link to your website if you have one) then please contact our Voluntary Sector Liaison Team on 01751 431254.
