Using our online form

There are things you can do online without an account, using our online form:

  • request an appointment
  • get a sick note
  • ask about test results
  • ask an admin question

You don’t need an account to use this. We usually respond within 3 working days.

Using your NHS account or SystmOnline

You can use the NHS App to:

  • check your symptoms
  • find out what to do when you need help urgently
  • book and manage appointments at the surgery
  • order repeat prescriptions
  • view your GP medical record securely
  • register to be an organ donor
  • choose how the NHS uses your data

You can also use SystmOnline, our GP online system, for many of the same tasks, including ordering repeat prescriptions and viewing test results.

Setting up an NHS account

To use the NHS App or NHS website services for the first time, you’ll need an NHS login. Find out how to set up an NHS login (nhs.uk).
