Youthhealthtalk enables young people, their family and friends, and professionals such as doctors and teachers to understand young people's experiences of health, illness and life in general. The website feature real-life accounts of issues such as effect on work and education, social life and relationships, consulting health professionals and treatment.

Aims of Group

ü       To provide an informal way of keeping the Surgery in touch with any issues or concerns that patients may have.

ü       To act as a sounding board so that the Surgery can discuss any major proposed changes with the group when needed.

ü       To agree and review an annual action plan.

Are you interested in what happens at your local Surgery? If so then why not join Patient Matters ? This group will help keep the Surgery in touch with what its patients have to say about everything that matters in the Surgery.

If you join the group you do not have to come along to the meetings that take place every three months but could just receive a survey to complete once or twice a year. You can choose what level of involvement you want.
