6. REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Repeat Prescriptions

Authorised repeat prescriptions can be re-ordered by telephoning 01751 431254 and choosing option 3 Monday to Friday 8am-6pm.

You can also drop your order form in at the Surgery.

The easiest way to order your prescription is online, this is very useful as you can log on to your account at any time of the day or night and send your request.

Your prescription can be sent electronically to any Pharmacy of your choice in England or Wales.  Many patients choose to have it sent to the local Pharmacy in Kirkbymoorside but other patients choose to have it sent to a Pharmacy near to where the work or visit.  To nominate a Pharmacy please either speak to the Pharmacy directly and they will set this up for you or call us to let us know.

If you would like to be able to request repeat medication online then find out more here.

Please wait for two working days after your request before you attend your nominated Pharmacy to collect your medication.  This is to allow the GP's enough time to process and sign the prescriptions and the Pharmacy time to order in any items they do not keep in stock and dispense the prescription for you.

7. PATIENT FEEDBACK
